Who they are we will keep a secret until we can present everything in a smashing way. We do want to tell you that Super A is one of our new treasures. Arne Toonen made three new works which are being exhibited at LEF in gallery artKitchen at the moment. Most of his work are colourful assemblages of cartoonlike images and contemporary culture. He loves to play with icons and creates very onorthodox combinations. All this combined results in a eyecathing style of his own. His work will he part of a group-exhibition with Hugo Kaagman, Peter Pontiac, Luuk Bode, Yrrah, Ottograph and more.

Since the release of the Boomerang card, with the image of "Banned Frank" on it, we were overwhelmed with reactions. Mainly negative, but that is how it works: If you see something you love, you just love it and leave it at that. If you see something you don't like, you react. To all the people who were offended by the image we can only say: Then you didn't get the true message of the piece made by T. His message is one of reconciliation, unity, peace and love. He never meant to offend or hurt somebody with the image. We still support this image all the way, cause we only see the beauty of it. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Prints & The Revolution offers a diverse range of artwork: street art, silkscreen prints, stencil art, grafitti art, pencil drawings and exclusive paintings, whatever the artist wants to sell! We sell the real deal, no digitally printed work on canvas, but only work in which you can feel the closeness of the artist. Because P&TR is only renting virtual space the prices of the artworks are seducingly low and affordable. And that is what it’s all about: make art affordable for everybody who wants to buy art. Prints & The Revolution is representing known and unknown artists, like Silas, Ottograph, kingchuub, The Boghe, Sander Polderman, Arne Toonen, Raymond Teitsma, David Elshout, Michiel Walrave, MorckyTroubles, DD, Johan Kleinjan, WayneHorse, Jankowzki and the already infamous T. |
